Rogaine for babies?

It seems that miss Campbell is losing her hair. At first I just noticed that it seemed to be thinner, but then people started commenting on it and it really started to get me worried. I ventured online and found out that it is completely normal. This happens and then new hair will grow back in, the catch is that it can come back in a completely different color, at this point it seems to be either blonde or really light brown. It's sad and funny all at the same time, I always loved her thick head of hair, and now she looks like a balding old man with these balled spots all over head. The picture above was taken around mid January, it seems that this has come on in the last few weeks or so.

I believe this picture was taken at the first of December, just look at that beautiful thick brown hair.

And here we are on Tuesday February 16th, much thinner and even some very thin - almost bald spots.

And our final picture is a side view. Can you see the areas that completely have no hair? It is just crazy how this happens. So for all you moms out there who's babies have no hair be thankful, its no fun to go from putting bows in your daughters hair to having to comb her hair just right so that hair is evenly distributed on her head. It's hard work combing this do. Pray for me, lol.

Our Week Part 2

I took this picture of Campbell because she looked so cute. It is so funny to me because their is this picture of my dad with his grandpa when he was probably 6 or 7. My great grandfather is lying down with his hand behind his head and Campbell lays like this all the time. Every time she lays like this it reminds me of that picture. But she just acted like she was so comfortable in her bath with her hands behind her head and legs in the water. And check out that round belly, she looks like she swallowed a basketball.

Campbell has a new watch dog, her name is Shelby. I have noticed that Shelby has been very protective lately I have taken several pictures of her just lying next to Campbell it is so sweet. Shelby is the biggest baby so I'm sure they have allot in common.

Just another shot doing our favorite thing, the playmat, but we do also like to watch Baby Einstien at the same time so I guess were moving up in the world.

Our Week Part 1

I feel as if I haven't blogged in forever. I have been somewhat busy, but not really just chasing 2 kids all day and workin on the weekends, as usual. Lowes has been soooo slow lately. I am trying to enjoy it though, when Spring starts to arrive we get crazy busy, and its not just the fact that we run more money when were busy but the fact that we hire all this seasonal help really affects my job the most. You see when these new hires come and run registers and they end up making mistakes with money it is my job to find the mistake, figure out how the mistake was made, and then fixing it. This becomes a little crazy sometimes because 95% of the time the cashier has no idea that they even made a mistake. We signed Bailey up for softball and are very excited about getting started. We haven't heard from our coach or anything yet, but we are doing our 3rd fundraiser in 3 months. We sold candles and pizza kits for Baileys school and now over priced candy for softball. I think the neighbors run when they see us coming to the door now. But I would like to say thank to everyone for all of your purchases we really appreciate it.

Having some fun playtime with daddy.

Campbell loves her playmat.

Campbell has started falling asleep on her playmat. This usually happens late in the evening. She will play and play and then you will notice that things become quite, you look over and she has fallen asleep, its so cute. Then she wakes up 30-45 minutes later. This has happened about 3 times in the last week.

When I am at work on Sundays Tim and the kids usually stay in their gammies all day. He took this cute picture of them last Sunday.

4 Months Old

On January 28th, 2010 Campbell was officially 4 months old. She is growing so much and she has such a wonderful personality. She loves to be entertained, especially by her daddy. She always has a smile on her face and loves to laugh. She enjoys playing on her play mat as well as her baby Einstein saucer. I think that she enjoys being upright more than laying down. We try to have tummy time but she wants nothing to do with that, she would rather be standing up. Her hands are always in her mouth but she is staring to chew on toys, blankets, my fingers, basically anything she can get in her mouth. She doesn't seem to be in teething pain, but just the normal baby chewing stage. Her favorite toy of choice are the link-a-doos, they are small enough for her to hold on to, and very easy to get in her mouth. As much as she enjoys putting things in her mouth she still will have nothing to do with a pacifier, which I am very thankful for, it will save me allot of headache later. She is eating 4 oz's per meal and is a wonderful burper, a quality every girl should have. Her hair is still as crazy as ever and has a mind of its own, but its great for putting bows in. At her 4 month check-up on Thursday we got all the new measurements in.

Weight 15lbs 7.5 oz's (90%)

Length 26 " (95th %)

Head 43 cm (90%)

She is also sleeping wonderfully, she goes down at 11pm and wakes around 8am. She has some mornings she wakes at 6:30am, but eats and goes right back to sleep, so I am not about to complain about that. She is a wonderful baby and I am loving every second with her.

Tim's mom crotchet the hat, its super cute.

We weren't in a smiley mood for these pictures, but she had no problem sitting and looking at me, she was just dead set on not smiling.
