Hospital Pic's

We took so many pictures that I cant decide what to post so here are some random things. I just found myself taking her picture over and over no matter what she was doing. Bailey is in love with her sister and loves holding and singing to her. I have a video that I will post of her singing to Campbell. She came back from the nursery one time and the nurses said that a girl with that much hair should have a bow, so they had given her one and it looked so cute. By Wednesday I was ready to go home, and once I was cleared we were off. I wasn't sure how she would do with the car seat, but she loved it. She looked so comfortable and she never made a peep. Now that we are home things are going great. She is a wonderful, calm baby. She cries to eat and that is about it. She loves to be held and she is spoiled rotten when it comes to that, her daddy cant put her down. Its funny how he was so dramatic about having a house full of girls, and here I am asking to hold my daughter because my husband wont let her go.

Campbell Avery Melton

Monday was a very big day for all of us, it's Campbell's birthday. She came into the world at 8:15 am weighing 9lbs 1.7oz's and 20.5 inches long. She is doing very well and is as beautiful as can be. We came home yesterday and last night was my first very long sleepless night. She is a wonderful calm baby, but she loves to be held, even when she is asleep. But I am loving every minute of it. I have tons of pictures to share so will start with these, the actual birth. They allowed Tim to have cameras in the room so we have great pictures.

Soccer

We gave up dance this year to tryout soccer, and so far things are going well. Bailey really seems to like it. They had their second game this past Saturday and there making progress. You can imagine what it's like watching 4 year olds learn the concept of playing soccer, total craziness. Bailey did score 3 goals in her first game, but no luck in the second, but she had lots of fun.

Bailey's First Day of School

I am playing catch up with my blogs so bare with me. This is Bailey's first day of school. She is technically in pre-k but we decided to keep her at the preschool that she has gone to for the last two years. They have a pre-K program and I was worried about all the changes that she is going to encounter in the coming months, so I thought it would be best to keep as much the same as possible. She really loves her school as you can see from the pictures.

I am a terrible blogger

I have been so consumed with everything going on that I haven't been blogging. I still can't download pictures, but I am working on it. But just want to let everyone know we do have an offical date--- Monday, September 28, 2009 Campbell Avery Melton will be making her grand entrance into the world. She will be delivered at Southcrest at 7:00am. So I am getting all the last minute details done and trying not to get to nervous. It's easier knowing what to expect but also worrisome that I can handle two and give them all they need.

Baileys Pictures

We had Bailey's pictures done awhile back and I wanted to let everyone know so they can check them out. A friend from high school, Betsy, did them and she did an awesome job. I cant decide what I want, she is really talented. So go to betsygregoryphotography.com. In the the upper right corner click sign in and enter info user: twomeltons@aim.com, password:Bailey.

No Baby Yet!

I have been in computer hiding the last few weeks. We have had some issues with our computer and I haven't been able to use it. I can now use it but cant post pictures yet. So here's a quick update. Bailey started school-she is in pre-k but is still going to St. Stephens where she went last year. I was afraid that to much change would be just that, to much, with the baby and all so she will go to BA next year. She is doing very well and is very excited for the baby to come. She keeps looking at my stomach and saying momma shes gettin really big in there, its so cute. We have had some nervous moments with the baby. I spent the afternoon in the hospital a week ago because my blood pressure has been up. All my tests came out great and Campbell looked great on the monitor so they sent me home and told me to take it easy. Now my glucose is up but the doctor is just watching me close since there isn't much else he can do. But I am doing ok and happy to report that a c-section date has been set for the 27th.
